Ad accentuare la preoccupazione del tecnico portoghese pure una contusione alla tibia che costringe Pellegrini ad abbandonare la contesa dopo 33’. Problemi pure per Smalling che proprio nell’ultima azione del match subisce un colpo e finirà claudicante. Alla fine l’unica cosa che arride in questa amichevole contro il Casa Pia (formazione che milita nel campionato portoghese dove sta facendo molto bene) è l’1-0 finale con tanto di Clean sheet di Svilar che riesce nell’impresa di non subire gol, anche per il fatto che i portoghesi non tirano mai in porta. Appuntamento al 22 con l’ultima esibizione prima delle vacanze di Natale.
